great food but service can improve

The staff provided an exceptional welcome by preparing delicious cold food, even though we arrived late. The swimming pools felt expansive with lovely garden views, perfect for relaxing under the sun. I particularly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, with ample shower products and a thoughtful towel reuse program that made us feel environmentally responsible.

Breakfast and lunch featured a selection of traditional local products, enhancing the overall dining experience. frequent issues were noted, including inconsistent room cleanliness and subpar entertainment options, which left much to be desired. the staff's inability to resolve basic service requests contributed to a less than satisfactory stay.

Stunning room with a sea view and comfy beds. Chilled vibes at the bar with nice cocktails. Had a blast with the kids at the pool – they loved the games! The location’s just perfect, right near everything. Food was lekker too, enjoyed the fresh options!

The food often felt repetitive, with limited vegetarian options and a noticeable lack of freshness. Breakfast choices rarely changed, leading some to seek dining elsewhere for better variety. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, necessitating constant use to maintain comfort in the heat. Although the beach area was beautiful, the lack of sunbeds resulted in early towel reservations, causing some frustration among guests hoping to secure a spot.

we recently stayed for four nights and were really impressed by the spacious pool area and direct beach access. the sea sky a la carte restaurant had delicious food and outstanding service. overall, this quick stop at the tsilivi beach exceeded our expectations with its facilities and attentive staff.

the entertainment was quite dull. but the hotel is clean and great location. loved the variety of food choices during meals. staff always helpful and friendly!

Enjoyed our stay with stunning sea views from our comfortable room. The beach access is perfect for families, but be prepared for pebbles when swimming. Try to avoid peak breakfast times to secure the best poolside spots, as early towel placements can be a hassle.

The hotel’s clean, modern design and excellent accessibility made it easy for me to navigate. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for local dining options which really enhanced my stay.
